Eligibility for Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date of delivery.

All products are handmade, so slight color discrepancies, shape irregularities, or other minor variations are normal and not considered defects.

Returns are only accepted for products that meet the eligibility criteria below.
Steps to Initiate a Return

Provide Documentation: Along with your email, include the following:

A video of the product being unpacked.

Clear pictures of the product.

A detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

Approval Process: Once we receive your request, our team will review the provided information and determine if the return is eligible.
Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are processed only for items returned in their original condition.
- The customer will be responsible for return the product to our address & shipping cost.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
